Processing your series

Initially, the bottles were made from clear or brown drawn glass.

For the colors and position of the screen printing, we have a precise control protocol. We are aware of the importance of product presentation and take great care in its execution. The colors we handle are referenced in the "Pantone" catalog.

The lacquering and metallization steps are carried out before screen printing is applied to the lacquered or metallized bottle to match the lacquer or metallization color.

Closure items such as caps and lids are treated the same way as the bottles to achieve a homogeneous and harmonious set.

Décor

Lacquering involves coating the glass bottle with a layer of lacquer in a specific color with finishes to achieve matte, glossy, frosted, gradient, iridescent, or "soft touch" effects, etc.

Metallization involves fixing a layer of tinted aluminum on the bottle to achieve a shiny appearance, particularly for gold and silver.

For all these operations, our operating protocol in conjunction with our client is described below. Our control is carried out at several levels by manufacturing personnel, with on-the-fly inspection and final sampling inspection based on Military Standard by the quality control department.

A complete packaging service

Specializing in the packaging of perfume samples for many years, we provide a complete service for quantities ranging from 5,000 to several million pieces:

  • Manufacturing of bottles and their decoration,
  • Receipt and inspection of components,
  • Packaging including filling and capping,
  • Mounting on card or in case, batch number coding,
  • Group boxing and palletizing,
  • Final inspection and document preparation,
  • Shipping.

All these operations are carried out in close collaboration with the various departments of our clients.
